Lead the Field. Deliver Consistency. Drive Results.

Valet Living is hiring a Field Services Leader to oversee daily operations across an assigned market. In this field-based role, you’ll lead a team of part-time Field Services Technicians delivering full waste stream management services for multifamily communities.

Our teams support the entire waste ecosystem, including recycling sorting and contamination reduction, compost inspection, waste leveling, cardboard control, container fullness audits, hauling right-sizing, bulk waste coordination, and overall waste optimization. Your focus will be on ensuring service quality, safety, operational efficiency, and a strong client experience across every community you support.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys being in the field, working alongside their team, solving operational challenges, using data to drive decisions, and keeping complex, fast-moving operations running smoothly. If you like being out in the environment, improving processes, and making a visible impact on sustainability and service performance, this role offers the chance to do all of that every day.

Compensation & Work Environment Details

  • Pay Range: $27.00 - $30.00

  • Ensure staffing levels, coverage, and readiness align with operational needs and growth plans.
  • Step in when needed to support service continuity and resolve issues quickly.
  • Review hauler reporting, efficiency metrics, financial data, and predefined scorecards to monitor performance.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then implement process and procedural improvements.

Deliver a Strong Client Experience

  • Build trusted, professional relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Proactively address client feedback and adjust service strategies as needed.
  • Participate in regional and market account reviews to validate compliance and service quality.
  • Support community launches by ensuring service readiness and adherence to operational standards.

Partner Across the Business

  • Align on-site execution with broader regional and national operational priorities.

  • Lead teams through change management efforts, ensuring timely adoption of new tools, processes, and expectations.
