We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Service Technician to join our team, providing installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support for industry leading dental equipment. About the Role:

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a broad range of dental equipment, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with manufacturer specifications.

You will partner with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and build trusted relationships through your expertise, communication, and commitment to service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing dental equipment

• Responding to customer service requests and technical callouts

• Delivering exceptional customer service and support on-site

• Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently and safely

• Building strong relationships with customers and acting as a trusted technical expert

• Collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes

• Maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety requirements

• Contributing to knowledge sharing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we are looking for: A technically capable professional who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive, high performing team.

Essential:

• Valid Restricted Electrical Licence

• Experience working in a technical field service environment, such as medical devices, technology, HVAC, or similar equipment based industries.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities

• Valid Driver's Licence

• Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Highly regarded:

• Dental industry experience

• Electrical or Electronic qualifications

• Experience working with CRM or service management systems
