About the role
Job SummaryThe role is responsible for coordinating and executing production or service activities to meet operational goals. This role ensures that processes run efficiently and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production or service schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 3–4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.
- Solid understanding of operational workflows and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in quality and safety compliance.
