This is a highly client-facing role requiring sound judgment, discretion, independent decision-making, and exceptional attention to detail. You will regularly work with highly confidential financial, legal, and personal information and will be expected to anticipate client needs, evaluate complex situations, recommend solutions, and drive work through completion.

As a Senior Client Service Administrator, you will also serve as a resource to the broader team by providing operational leadership, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy, and helping develop and support other Client Service Administrators.

  • Provide administrative and operational oversight for strategic and complex Family Office and Multi-Family Office relationships.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, family members, custodians, and external partners on operational and tactical service matters.

  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment when working with highly sensitive family, financial, legal, and personal information.
  • Your Role – Client Administration & Execution

  • Lead administrative execution for client onboarding, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and other complex family needs.
  • Prepare, review, and process documentation related to account openings, asset movement, client maintenance, and other operational activities.
  • Manage money movement requests, including capital calls, distributions, journals, trades, wires, transfers, and other complex transactions, ensuring accuracy, appropriateness, and adherence to established processes.

  • Professionally represent Brighton Jones in interactions with clients, family members, custodians, attorneys, accountants, trustees, and other external partners.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience, simplify processes, and anticipate future client needs.

  • Support ad hoc client projects and broader Family Office initiatives that strengthen the client experience and advance the Family Office offering.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and their extended teams through reliability, responsiveness, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Your Role – Quality, Risk & Team Leadership

  • Serve as a quality-control resource for client-related documentation, transactions, and administrative processes, helping mitigate risk and prevent errors.
