Assist with a variety of tasks necessary for the daily operation of the office. Examples include: directing visitor and phone calls to appropriate managers, meeting coordination, creating work orders, and assisting with financial tasks.Department: Facilities
Location: Facilities Services Bldg

Work Available: Daytime; Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $9.70/hr

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist business operations coordinator with creating purchase orders, processing invoices, tracking expenses, etc
Utilize applications and enterprise systems such as Wizard Software (work order system), 25Live (Central Scheduling Reservation system), myapps, Workday, and other computer applications (training will be provided)
Answer phones and greet visitors
Create and distribute work orders to managers
Assist Director and Assistant Directors with special projects involving construction, renovations, repairs, apparel acquisition, financial reconciliation of inventory and fuel distribution
Perform other related duties as required
Comply with departmental and college policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Organizational, communication, and computer skills
Familiar with MS Office, Google, and enterprise systems
General understanding of internet research
