Coordinate tendering and procurement activities, including preparation of tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), scope of works, bid evaluations, contractor selection, and award recommendations to achieve cost-effective and value-driven project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on procurement, contractual, and cost-related matters. Facilitate commercial negotiations, resolve financial and contractual issues, and ensure project delivery is achieved within approved budgetary and contractual parameters.
