Responsibilities / 職責

• Perform overnight on-site duty and conduct scheduled patrols, focusing on the interior and exterior perimeter of the building, main entrance gates, and other key areas; document patrol observations.
  負責大廈通宵夜間駐崗、定時巡邏，重點巡查大廈內外圍、大閘等位置，記錄巡邏狀況。
• Strictly enforce visitor and vehicle entry/exit registration procedures, verify resident identities, and deny unauthorized individuals access to the building.
  嚴格執行訪客登記、車輛出入登記流程，核實住戶身份，拒絕不明人士隨意進入大廈內。
• Monitor CCTV footage and immediately report and follow up on any suspicious persons, leaks, or equipment anomalies.
  監察CCTV監控畫面，發現可疑人物、滲漏、設備異常即時上報及跟進處理。
• Respond to emergencies and incidents such as suspicious individuals, noise complaints, unusual activity in units, or urgent resident requests; contact the management office immediately when necessary.
  處理突發狀況：可疑人士、噪音、單位異常、緊急求助，有需要即時聯絡管理處。
• Accurately complete duty logs and patrol records and ensure smooth handover between shifts.
  妥善填寫當值更簿、巡邏記錄，做好交接班交接工作。
• Adhere to all security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with temporary arrangements for enhanced nighttime security and gate control.
  執行各項保安SOP，配合加強夜間安保、閘口管制相關臨時安排。

Requirements / 要求

• Hold a valid Security Personnel Permit; able to work rotating night shifts and adapt to overnight duties.
  持有效保安人員許可證，輪夜班，能適應通宵當值。
• Possess basic English and Cantonese communication skills; prior security experience is preferred.
  具基本英語及粵語溝通能力，有保安經驗優先。
• Responsible, highly alert, observant, and able to remain calm and respond effectively under pressure.
  有責任心、警覺性高，觀察力強，遇事冷靜懂應變。
• Punctual, self-disciplined, and willing to follow instructions from the duty supervisor.
  守時自律，服從當值主管安排。

Working Hours / 工作時間

Overnight shift (19:00 – 07:00 the following day, according to roster schedule)
通宵夜班（19:00 - 翌日07:00，按輪班制度）
