About You
You’re proactive, organised, and love juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball. You build strong relationships easily with stakeholders, vendors, and teams alike and bring a practical, common-sense approach to everything you do, especially Health & Safety.
You’re not afraid to take ownership, make decisions, and step in when it matters most.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a regional role with real impact. You will:
- Lead and coordinate facilities operations (hard & soft services) across APAC offices
- Ensure workplaces are safe, compliant, and employee-friendly
- Act as the go-to person for facilities & property matters across the region
- Drive office projects — moves, fit-outs, closures, refurbishments & new openings
- Oversee maintenance, vendors, and service delivery excellence
- Champion Health & Safety practices across all locations
- Partner closely with People, IT, Finance, Legal, and Property teams
- Manage budgets, contracts, and cost optimisation initiatives
- Support ESG and sustainability efforts
- Elevate the workplace experience for employees
What You Bring
- Proven 10 years' and more experience in Facilities / Workplace Management within corporate environments
- Strong knowledge of hard & soft services + property fundamentals
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, or teams
- Exposure to office moves, workplace transformation, or regional portfolios
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices (non-OSH background welcome)
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across countries, cultures, and time zones
- A commercial, solutions-focused mindset
