- Establish, develop, and continuously improve semiconductor manufacturing processes and operating conditions.
- Drive process capability enhancement and cost reduction initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize process control and management systems.
- Define, set up, and optimize process parameters for a variety of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Evaluate, qualify, and implement new equipment and materials for production applications.
- Analyze manufacturing abnormalities, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, productivity, and process yield.
- •Utilize generative AI and analytics tools to support technical documentation, knowledge sharing, project execution, and data-driven decision-making.
