About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, indoor and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Role of F&B Supervisor

We currently have an opportunity for an F&B Supervisor to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable dining experiences for all guests. This role supports and supervises the service team, coordinates daily activities, monitors service quality, and ensures compliance with Four Seasons standards and operating procedures.

Responsibilities include leading and motivating team members, assisting with training and development, managing guest requests and concerns, coordinating with culinary and other hotel departments, monitoring cleanliness and presentation standards, and supporting inventory and cost-control initiatives. The F&B Supervisor is expected to lead by example, foster teamwork, and ensure efficient and seamless outlet operations.

Our Ideal F&B Supervisor Candidate Will Have:

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of food and beverage experience, including supervisory responsibilities, in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment. Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards.

Fluency in French, Arabic, and English is required for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
