What We Look For

Dental Assistants:
Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for people who are:

• Experienced (12+ months) or studying in Dental Assisting – trainees welcome!

• Positive, reliable, and eager to help

• Committed to delivering great patient care and team support

• Ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Vaccinated (or in the process) against Hepatitis B

Centre Leaders & Assistant Leaders:
We’re looking for inspiring, capable leaders who can bring out the best in their teams. You’ll bring:

• Leadership and people management skills

• A passion for motivating and developing others

• Experience with rosters, budgets, KPIs, and performance management

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ideally, healthcare or dental experience – but not essential
