As Expert Data Center Infrastructure Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance and continuous evolution of our Data Centers and Core Network sites. You will drive passive infrastructure operations while championing modernization, energy optimization, operational excellence and AI-led transformation.

You will work across Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, CRA, Enterprise and external partners to optimize infrastructure, improve operational efficiency and build Data Centers ready for what comes next.

What you’ll own

• Drive Data Center passive infrastructure performance and availability, ensuring critical KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
• Oversee O&M of DGs, ATS, UPS, rectifiers, batteries, FDSS and precision cooling systems, ensuring effective FLM partner performance.
• Lead PUE optimization, energy efficiency and OPEX reduction initiatives without compromising resilience or service continuity.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance through DCIM and other tools, turning data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities.
• Drive Data Center modernization, expansion and greenfield projects, working closely with Planning and Technology teams for timely delivery.
• Ensure readiness against ISO 27001 physical security, PTA and TIA-942 requirements, including preparation of legacy sites for certification.
• Optimize white-space, power and cooling utilization, while driving capacity forecasting and end-of-life management.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption, automation and process improvement to make infrastructure operations smarter and more efficient.
• Strengthen operational governance through SOP reviews, audits, joint visits, FLM performance reviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure effective asset, inventory and vendor/invoice management across Data Centers and Core sites.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Bring 7+ years of experience in ICT passive infrastructure, Data Centers and/or power systems.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Have strong knowledge of TIA-942 Rated III and Uptime Tier III, with hands-on experience in Data Center power, cooling, passive infrastructure, modernization and expansion.
• Bring experience in ICT/Core Passive Infrastructure project management, with strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrate an interest in AI, automation and infrastructure digitalization.
• CDCP, CDFOM or equivalent certifications will be an advantage.
