About our property:
Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.#PGH-SKL
What you will have an opportunity to do:
- Reading and organizing tickets as orders come into the kitchen.
- Coordinating timing so all dishes for a table are ready together.
- Checking accuracy—right dish, modifications, allergies, sides, sauces, etc.
- Checking presentation and quality before food leaves the kitchen.
- Communicating with cooks and servers when something is missing, delayed, or needs to be remade.
- Calling for runners/servers and telling them which dishes go to which table or seat.
- Managing the flow during a rush, prioritizing tickets so the kitchen doesn't get backed up.

Schedules are shared one week in advance
Because we’re open 24/7, 365 days a year, a flexible schedule that is able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is highly desired.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience expediting or serving in a high-volume environment.
- WA Food Handlers Card (we can help with this)
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
