Job Description

As our Expansion and Footprint Manager, you'll help drive the growth of LEGO® Retail by developing business cases for new stores, relocations, refurbishments, and store closures. You'll support strategic engagements through analysis, insight generation, and presentation development that helps inspire change across the organisation.

Working across retail operations, design, construction, real estate, and finance, you'll help create a robust and coherent approach to market and channel expansion while improving tools and processes that increase efficiency and alignment.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated outstanding quantitative and analytical skills to extract insights and conclusions from complex business problems.
• Built executive-level presentations and structured quantitative analysis for decision-making audiences.
• Developed experience within retail, consumer packaged goods, or management consulting environments.
• Delivered cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and functions to drive alignment.
• Maintained high standards of data integrity across business analysis and reporting activities.
• Managed project objectives while translating abstract ideas into clear and actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Developed retail strategy with a focus on offline expansion.
• Delivered project or programme management initiatives.

You'll join the Retail Development team, supporting a key part of the LEGO® Group's growth strategy. As store expansion and portfolio development continue to play a key role in the plan 2030 strategy, your work will help create a stronger foundation for future growth.
