Map, analyze, and document end-to-end Finance, Payroll, and HRIS processes to support global system implementations

Identify and support the execution of process optimization and automation opportunities across global payroll operations

Assist in mapping internal controls to financial processes and evaluating key operational risks

Gather integration requirements, establish data mapping rules, and execute test cases for seamless data migration

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot post-implementation issues, and build training materials and SOPs to institutionalize knowledge

Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

2 to 3 years of experience in finance transformation, payroll operations, or HRIS implementation

Foundational understanding of statutory payroll regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices

Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with modern enterprise Payroll and HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or SAP
-
Proven track record of supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives or global system rollouts in high-growth environments
