Job Description:

Directs business development strategy, identifies business opportunities, and develops strategic planning initiatives to balance financial objectives and priorities. Develop and lead the execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth; operationalize growth and physician alignment strategies; facilitate smooth handoff to operations as soon as appropriate. Identify high priority strategic opportunities, risks, key capital projects, and potential acquisitions and partnerships. Ensure each strategic initiative has a robust and complete business plan, which includes sound market data as well as a strong financial pro forma. Defines goals and objectives for service line and hospital growth targets, leading development and execution of strategies in business development, physician relations, and community engagement. Develops strategic partnerships, develops and implements physician recruitment and onboarding plans. Focuses the team on enhancing physician/consumer preference for in-network providers and services. Oversees physician on-campus onboarding/off-boarding communications, activities, and events. Leverage data and business intelligence to analyze market and internal dynamics; evaluate trends to anticipate new issues and opportunities for the organization. Other duties as assigned.

$124,051.20 - $230,734.40
