The Executive Business Partner is the CEO’s right hand for everything administrative, and a trusted point of contact for the Board, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The role combines high-level executive support with leadership of office operations. You will keep the leadership team’s operating rhythm running smoothly and make sure our offices give people what they need to do their best work.
Your first priority is the CEO: protecting their time, anticipating their needs, and keeping things moving. You are also the steward of how leadership meets, communicates, and shows up for the wider company.

- Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they reach the CEO
Serve as Board Liaison

- Manage Board materials, communications, and follow-up actions
- Represent the CEO and the company professionally in all Board interactions
Run the Leadership Operating Cadence

- Follow up to keep decisions and commitments moving
Partner on Internal Communications and Events
- Partner with Marketing to plan and deliver internal town halls and all-hands meetings
- Plan and oversee internal events across the offices, from team gatherings to leadership events
Manage Offices and Facilities

- Make sure every office has what it needs to operate well
Lead Administration Globally
- Provide direction and guidance to administrative staff in other geographies
- Establish consistent practices, standards, and support across regions
- Manage and develop administrative team members
Why This Role
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team at a pivotal level of the company. Your work shapes how leadership operates and how people experience our offices every day.

What You’ll Bring
We care about how you operate as much as your background. You might come from executive support, operations, chief-of-staff work, or another path. You are:
