What You’ll Actually Do

• Own the executive calendar across multiple companies and priorities. 
• Coordinate complex project timelines with authors, publishers, and Amazon operations. 
• Manage high-stakes communication with bestselling authors and enterprise partners. 
• Build systems that scale across different business models and industries. 
• Handle confidential deals, contracts, and strategic partnerships. 
• Filter and prioritize incoming opportunities so the executive focuses on what matters. Coordinate travel, events, and author meetings with perfect execution. 
• Manage vendor relationships, payments, and operational logistics. 
• Create order from chaos when priorities shift at the speed of business.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of executive assistant experience with high-growth companies. 
• This is key: You have managed executives running multiple businesses simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with complex calendar management across time zones. 
• Huge plus if you have worked with authors, publishers, or Amazon businesses. 
• You thrive under pressure and changing priorities. 
• Obsessive attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture. 
• Proactive mindset. You solve problems before they become problems.
