We are seeking a talented individual to join our European Business Support Center (EBSC) team, part of our business at Marsh, as an Executive Assistant. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. 

This role will support a Business Leader in a dynamic, multinational environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, helping the leader stay organized, prepared, and focused on priorities. The team works collaboratively across functions and locations, supporting business goals in a fast-paced and international setting. 

We will count on you to: 

• Provide proactive executive support to a Business Leader, including calendar, meeting, and travel management 

• Manage correspondence, priorities, and follow-up actions with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy 

• Coordinate and organize visits, meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes when needed, and track action items 

• Support internal communication and liaise effectively with colleagues across different countries and teams 

• Assist with administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient daily business support 

What you need to have: 

• Previous experience in a similar executive assistant or personal assistant role, ideally 2–3 years 

• Very good level of English, both written and spoken 

• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills 

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, multicultural, and fast-paced environment
