The Treasury Analyst will support EverCommerce’s daily cash management, banking activities, and liquidity planning. This role will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Tax, and business teams to maintain accurate cash management and improve treasury processes. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or corporate finance, strong Excel skills, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced public SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain cash position analysis and reporting across bank accounts and entities.
• Support short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Assist with bank account administration, including account openings, closings, signer updates, KYC requests, and banking documentation.
• Monitor bank balances, transactions, fees, and cash movements.
• Support payment activities, intercompany transfers, and treasury-related journal entry coordination.
• Partner with Accounting, AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, and FP&A to resolve cash and banking questions.
• Help maintain treasury controls, documentation, and compliance with internal policies.
• Assist with month-end close activities related to cash, debt, interest, bank fees, and treasury reporting.
• Support ongoing process improvements, treasury reporting automation, and system enhancements.
• Participate in ad hoc finance and treasury projects as EverCommerce continues to scale.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or corporate finance.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with finance and business partners.
• Interest in cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, and financial controls.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Experience with SaaS, multi-entity companies, NetSuite, OneStream, treasury management systems, or banking portals is a plus.

Where: Hybrid out of our Dever, CO office or Remote within the US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
