We started life 10 years ago as Feast It, a two-person marketplace launched from a kitchen table - and today, over 10 million guests a year attend a Togather-powered event. Across every project, our mission remains the same:
To make events better for everyone.
The Role:
Togather is looking for an organised, detail-oriented Event Producer to plan and deliver F&B across a defined portfolio of mid-scale live events - including our Burgess Park Shows (Boiler Room, Jazz Cafe, Maiden Voyage, Eastern Electrics) and smaller camping festivals such as Rock Oyster. You'll own advancing and on-site delivery for your events end-to-end, from supplier coordination and budget adherence through to on-site management and post-event reporting.
This role is predominantly office-based but involves on-site work on event days, including evenings and weekends - it's not your typical 9-5. We have a wellness, overtime and Time Off In Lieu policy in place to support the team throughout the events calendar.
This is a great next step for someone building their event production career: you'll work within established Togather processes and playbooks, with support from a Lead Event Producer and the Delivery Director on anything complex, commercially sensitive, or higher-risk.
Responsibilities:
- Own F&B delivery for your assigned portfolio - Burgess Park Shows and smaller camping festivals - from contract sign-off through to post-event reporting.
- Lead advancing for your events: supplier coordination, contracting status, infrastructure and site plan inputs, briefings and accreditation.
- Create Health & Safety documentation and RAMS for your events, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and site-specific best practice.
- Work with suppliers to deliver events that exceed client expectations, drawing on Togather's playbooks and processes.
- Identify ways to engage suppliers and grow their revenue on your events.
- Create post-event data packs and reports for clients, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across Live 360, Asana and other event management platforms, hitting SLA milestones.
- Support the onboarding of new team members.
- Represent Togather at industry events as needed.
- Escalate complex commercial, safety or client issues promptly to your Lead Event Producer or the Delivery Director.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of event management and production experience within the events industry, preferably with F&B suppliers/traders at large-scale outdoor and experiential events; delivering complex production, operations, logistical and staffing projects
- Thrive while working on-site at public events - whether it’s a weekend, late night or an early morning!
- Are emotionally intelligent, empathetic and personable. Your ability to create and nurture relationships will define success in this role.
- Are highly organised and tech savvy with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Results-driven and have a bias for action. You care about your work driving the business forward and won’t stop until it does!
- Have the ability to quickly pick up new online tools and know your way around an excel spreadsheet.
- Be commercially minded with the ability to cross-sell and upsell, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and deepen client relationships.
- Creative & Solutions oriented, there will always be challenges, but you should always bring meaningful solutions to the table.
- Excited to be part of a team and up for the journey. Sta
