HomeSense is looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Evening Cashiers to join our team for the holiday season!
As a cashier, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience by welcoming customers, providing excellent service, and ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time evening hours during the busy holiday season.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service at the register and throughout the store
- Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash and other forms of payment accurately and responsibly
- Promote HomeSense credit and loyalty programs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area
- Assist with merchandise recovery and maintaining the sales floor when needed
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and loss-prevention standards
- Work cooperatively with fellow associates and management
- Assist with closing and end-of-day store routines
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Previous retail or cashier experience is preferred, but not required
- 18+ preferred
Schedule & Holiday Availability
Part-Time | Evening Cashier
Holiday Season:
1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Mid-November through Christmas:
1:00 PM – 11:00 PM / Closing
Applicants must be comfortable working later evening hours and assisting with store closing. Holiday and weekend availability is strongly required.
