The role:
We are looking for enthusiastic driven individuals who will be working in our expanding and world leading EV department where we repair and re manufacture Electric Vehicle Battery Packs.
The role will consist of repairing batteries in our workshop, working on the logistics side, moving batteries and preparing parts for the repair.
Full training will be provided for the role – including a funded external EV HV level 3 certificate.
You may be required to work a fortnightly rotation of shifts:
Late Shift: Monday to Wednesday 16:15 - 02:15, and Thursday 16:15 – 01:45
Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30, and Friday 08:00 – 13:30
Both shifts are 37.5 working hours per week.

Requirements
Purpose: Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Follow job card instructions to diagnose faults and repair HV battery packs, completing relevant documentation.
· Preparation of battery repair kits including balancing of modules to support the Revive workshop.
· Unloading and processing deliveries, looking after core HV battery packs, order picking and loading dispatches.
· Adhere to all high-voltage safety protocols, isolation procedures, and company risk assessments.
· Use appropriate lifting, diagnostic, and mechanical equipment safely and accurately.
· Keep the workspace clean, and organised, maintaining and improving 5s standards.
Person Specification
· The capability to be trained in IMI Level 3 in Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System Maintenance (or equivalent HV safety qualification).
· Strong mechanical aptitude.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow operating procedures and instructions.
· Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to quality and safety.
· Reliable, organised, and eager to develop skills in the growing EV industry.
· Flexibility to work indoors and outdoors, both day and late shifts as required.
