Esse cargo de Estágio em Finanças oferece a você a oportunidade de conhecer as atividades-chave para progredir na sua carreira, algumas delas são:

• Acompanhar os gastos e despesas das áreas da fábrica, apoiando o controle financeiro e a análise de resultados.

• Elaborar relatórios, análises financeiras e controles em Excel para suporte à tomada de decisão.

• Monitorar indicadores financeiros e identificar desvios em relação ao planejamento.

• Apoiar o acompanhamento das ordens de produção, analisando variações entre os resultados planejados e realizados.

• Dar suporte às áreas de Engenharia, Logística, Produção e demais áreas da fábrica, fornecendo informações e análises financeiras.

• Participar das rotinas de fechamento mensal, contribuindo para a consolidação e validação das informações financeiras.

• Apoiar a construção de análises financeiras, business cases e apresentações para acompanhamento de performance.

• Participar de iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automação de processos e desenvolvimento de relatórios e controles da área.

• Atuar em parceria com diferentes áreas do negócio, contribuindo para discussões e tomadas de decisão baseadas em dados.

Estamos à procura de estudantes com essas características para alcançar nossos objetivos:

• Cursando Superior em Finanças, Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;

• Período / Previsão de Formatura: cursando a partir do 4º período, com disponibilidade para cumprir 2 anos de estágio;

• Conhecimento avançado em Excel;

• Inglês Avançado;

• Perfil analítico e interesse por análise de dados e indicadores financeiros;

• Facilidade com tecnologia, ferramentas digitais e Inteligência Artificial;

• Boa comunicação e habilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas;

• Proatividade, senso de dono e vontade de aprender.

Diferenciais:

• Conhecimento em Power BI;

• Experiência anterior em atividades financeiras;

• Vivência em ambiente industrial/fabril;
