主な業務内容
- ESG、EHSおよび環境デューデリジェンスの実施
- ESG開示資料、コンプライアンス関連文書、マネジメントシステムのレビュー
- マネジメントインタビュー、現地視察、データ収集業務への参加
- レポート、分析資料、クライアント向け成果物の作成
- ESGアドバイザリー案件およびサステナビリティ関連プロジェクトの支援
- 社内専門家やプロジェクトチームとの連携
- 環境・労働安全衛生リスクの把握を目的とした現地調査や施設ウォークスルーの支援
- 現場観察、データ収集および調査結果の記録を含むサイト調査業務の支援
応募要件
- ESGデューデリジェンス（ESGDD）、EHSデューデリジェンス（EHSDD）、サステナビリティコンサルティング、環境コンサルティング、EHS、ESGマネジメント、トランザクションアドバイザリー、または関連分野で1～3年程度の実務経験
- ESG、EHSおよび環境デューデリジェンスに関する基礎的な理解
- 高い分析力、課題解決力、およびレポート作成能力
- クライアントやステークホルダーとの業務経験
- 日本語ネイティブレベルおよびビジネスレベルの英語力
Position Overview
ERM is seeking a Consultant to join our ESG Advisory & Transaction Services team in Japan. This role focuses on supporting ESG, EHS and environmental due diligence projects related to M&A, investments and financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct ESG, EHS and environmental due diligence assessments.
• Review ESG disclosures, compliance records and management systems.
• Participate in management interviews, site visits and data collection activities.
• Prepare reports, analyses and client deliverables.
• Support ESG advisory projects and sustainability-related initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal specialists and project teams.
• Support site inspections and facility walk-throughs to identify environmental, health and safety risks.
• Assist in site investigation activities, including field observations, data collection, and documentation of findings.
Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in ESGDD, EHSDD, sustainability consulting, environmental consulting, EHS, ESG management, transaction advisory or related fields.
• Basic understanding of ESG, EHS and environmental due diligence concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills.
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
