Über diese ERP Sr. Program Manager Stelle bei Infleqtion
Infleqtion is seeking an ERP Sr. Program Manager to lead enterprise resource planning (ERP) programs and improvements across finance and operations. This role will turn business priorities into clear requirements, coordinated delivery plans and reliable system capabilities, working closely with business process owners, application teams and implementation partners.
The ERP Sr. Program Manager will own program delivery from discovery and planning through testing, deployment, adoption and transition to support. The ideal candidate combines strong ERP process knowledge with disciplined program management, practical controls awareness and the ability to coordinate detailed work across business and technical teams. This role will operate within enterprise portfolio priorities and the common software development lifecycle (SDLC) framework.
ERP Planning and Program Delivery
● Develop and maintain the ERP program roadmap and delivery plans with business sponsors and application leadership, aligning proposed initiatives with enterprise priorities and available capacity.
● Lead ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades and process improvements from initial scoping through stabilization and operational handover, including connections to CRM and other business applications that support customer data, orders and billing.
● Define program scope, outcomes, milestones, resource needs and budgets; manage interdependent workstreams and cross-functional delivery risks, and hold implementation partners accountable for agreed scope, quality, timelines and knowledge transfer.
● Translate business needs into documented requirements and acceptance criteria across finance, accounts payable, procurement, inventory, manufacturing and order management.
● Facilitate process and solution decisions with the appropriate business and technical owners; document tradeoffs and escalate accounting, architecture, security or policy decisions to accountable leaders.
● Maintain clear plans, decision logs, issue and risk registers, change requests and status reporting; bring sponsors timely recommendations when scope, cost or delivery dates are at risk.
Testing, Controls and Deployment
● Coordinate the full SDLC, including requirements, solution design, configuration or development, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness and deployment.
● Lead user acceptance testing and quality assurance (UAT/QA) planning with business users and technical teams, ensuring realistic scenarios, documented expected and actual results, defect ownership, remediation, retesting and sign-off.
● Embed practical change management, role-based access and segregation-of-duties considerations into ERP delivery in partnership with finance, security and control owners.
● Ensure changes follow established authorization and evidence requirements, with appropriate review of elevated access, configuration changes and release readiness.
● Coordinate data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation with data and process owners, including clear acceptance criteria for integrations and converted records.
● Manage cutover, contingency and post-deployment support plans; verify operational readiness and track issues through stabilization.
Business Adoption and Continuous Improvement
● Lead change, communication and training plans grounded in real business scenarios, user responsibilities, system functionality and relevant controls; coordinate effective materials and sessions with business and technical owners.
● Partner with support teams to identify recurring issues, translate improvement opportunities into the ERP backlog and protect capacity for critical operational needs.
● Ensure new capabilities have documented support ownership, procedures and escalation paths before handover.
● Track adoption, process performance and program outcomes with business owners; apply lessons learned to improve subsequent releases.
● Contribute ERP delivery practices, templates and reporting to the PMO and use the common demand-intake, prioritization and governance processes.
Requirements
● Experience leading ERP initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and IT, including managing team priorities, vendors and system governance.
● Hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld in a multi-subsidiary environment.
● Strong understanding of financial processes, inventory and costing, and the general ledger impact of ERP changes.
● Ability to manage program scope, schedules, budgets and risks, prioritize with business leaders, and communicate clearly with executives and auditors.
● Experience overseeing integrations, data migration, UAT/QA and controlled releases through business sign-off, cutover, training and handover.
● Practical experience with approval workflows, role-based access, segregation of duties, SOX controls and audit support.
● Experience in a growing technology, engineering, research or manufacturing organization, including ERP integration with CRM and other business applications.
● Experience working within or helping mature a PMO, common SDLC or portfolio governance model.
● Relevant ERP, project-management or business-analysis credentials, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
● Strong ownership, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
● Ability to influence across functions, resolve competing priorities and keep decisions moving.
● Clear communication that makes business impact, options and next actions easy to understand.
● Sound judgment about when to act independently and when to seek specialist or leadership decisions.

Work is primarily computer-based and requires close collaboration with business users, technical teams and external partners. Releases and cutovers may require planned work outside normal business hours.
