As an EPM FCCS - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, focusing on Financial Consolidation and Close Services (FCCS). Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. You will navigate complex situations, using your critical thinking to anticipate client needs and deliver quality outcomes.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of the Application Evolution Services - Oracle team, where you will contribute to the evolution of Oracle applications. You will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of business contexts and enhance your personal brand by managing and inspiring others. This position offers a platform to grow your technical skills and develop a comprehensive understanding of Oracle solutions, all while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business processes to enhance Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions
- Developing and implementing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting models
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for strategic data analysis and reporting
- Conducting performance assessments and creating performance reports to drive organizational effectiveness
- Managing account reconciliations and financial reviews to support client financial objectives
- Collaborating with clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize resource allocation
- Leading business process analysis and root cause analysis to improve operational performance management
- Designing and executing business rules development for profitability management and cost management
- Monitoring Oracle systems to validate compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards
- Supporting enterprise integration initiatives to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis for financial forecasting
- Managing performance assessment and reporting for client engagements
- Developing business process analysis skills for enterprise integration
- Excelling in financial planning and profitability management
