As an EPM - EPBCS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, working within our Oracle practice. You will apply your learning mindset and take ownership of your development, appreciating diverse perspectives and adopting habits to sustain performance. You will actively listen, ask questions to check understanding, and clearly express ideas. By gathering information from various sources, you will analyze facts and discern patterns, committing to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to design and implement Oracle-based enterprise performance management solutions
- Collaborating with clients to assess performance management requirements and develop tailored solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Conducting business process analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improved operational efficiency
- Developing and managing financial planning and analysis processes to help clients achieve their performance objectives
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to enhance data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities
- Creating and maintaining performance reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making
- Engaging in strategic data analysis to inform insights and recommendations for client performance improvement
- Supporting enterprise integration efforts to align Oracle solutions with existing client systems and processes
- Applying analytical thinking to discern patterns and provide actionable insights for client engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis to inform business decisions
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Excelling in financial planning and forecasting for diverse clients
