As an EPM - ARCS - Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, collaborating with clients to assess their needs and design Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives through seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and embrace ambiguity as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Supporting the development of financial planning and analysis processes to help clients achieve their performance objectives
- Engaging in business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Conducting performance assessments and developing performance reports to track and improve client outcomes
- Applying strategic data analysis to inform financial advising and planning initiatives
- Participating in the creation and management of budgets to support client financial goals

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis for financial planning and forecasting
- Applying business process analysis to enhance operational performance
- Excelling in communication and active listening within team environments
- Developing skills in AI-human collaboration and digital tooling
