Expression of Interest – Investor Services Opportunities

As SS&C continues to grow, we are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Investor Services professionals interested in future opportunities at the Associate, Senior Associate, Associate Manager, and Manager levels.

If you have experience within Investor Services and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, leading operational excellence, and supporting investors throughout the investment lifecycle, we would love to hear from you.

Future opportunities may include responsibilities such as:

• Leading or supporting day-to-day Investor Services operations, ensuring activities are completed accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

• Reviewing operational tasks and workflows to ensure investor transactions are processed accurately and within required timeframes.

• Monitoring and managing ageing and outstanding items across key MIS reports.

• Performing authorised Investor Services signatory responsibilities where applicable.

• Providing coaching, on-the-job training, and technical guidance to support team capability and development.

• Driving cross-training initiatives to minimise key person dependency and strengthen business continuity.

• Coordinating with Share Registry teams to establish investor registers, client fund parameters, and investor statement production.

• Building strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, global teams, and external partners.

• Implementing operational controls to minimise processing errors, reduce operational risk, and protect client and investor confidentiality.

• Participating in system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and automation projects.

• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational governance standards.

What You Will Bring:

We are interested in hearing from professionals who have:

• Demonstrated experience in Investor Services within the funds management, fund administration, or financial services industry.

• Strong knowledge of investor servicing processes, including investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, distributions, registry maintenance, and investor reporting.

• Experience managing operational workflows, service levels, and transaction processing.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• A continuous improvement mindset with experience implementing operational controls and process enhancements.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members (for Associate Manager and Manager opportunities).

• Experience working with investor registry or transfer agency platforms and a sound understanding of fund structures and investor servicing operations will be highly regarded.
