JOB SUMMARY:

As the Sr. Product Manager, IT Digital & eCommerce, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end digital experiences leveraging Acquia DXP (Drupal), Adobe Commerce (Magento), and integrated digital ecosystem components.

Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Irvine in approximately Q1 2028. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Help in defining product vision and strategy with business delivery partners
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals

Business Analysis:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify voice of the customer, opportunities, and threats
• Gather and analyze business requirements to inform product development team

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and oversee product development projects
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Communicate product/project updates and progress to stakeholders

User Experience:

• Work with designers to create user-centric product designs
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed

Agile Methodology:

• Implement and manage agile processes to ensure efficient product development management
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly status, monthly steering committee and retrospectives

Job Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field -or- equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and project management.
• Experience with Acquia DXP / Drupal CMS, Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Experience working with global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data analytics and user experience design.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in digital product development.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture.
