Scope of Work
- Receive images of business slides addressing environment and sustainability topics and accurately reconstruct them in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Enhance slide quality by improving data visualization, visual storytelling, and presentation design without compromising factual integrity or domain-specific details.
- Edit and refine content, ensuring compliance with scientific standards, regulatory definitions, and industry caveats.
- Draft a detailed log for each slide, explaining all modifications, improvements, and intentional non-changes, with clear rationales for each decision.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in both strengthening weak slides and defending strong, defensible original choices.
- Work with diverse materials such as compliance presentations, sustainability reports, emissions summaries, and corrective action plans.
- Deliver each production assignment within 1–2 hours, with flexible, sprint-based project volume.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in EHS, sustainability, ESG, environmental engineering, or environmental compliance roles.
- Proven ability to develop executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders or client-facing audiences using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong skills in slide reconstruction, data visualization, and visual storytelling, with an eye for detail and clarity.
- Excellent written communication, with the ability to articulate message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and exhibit choices.
- Critical thinking skills and confidence in both improving content and preserving strong original decisions with clear explanations.
- Deep understanding of environmental terminology, regulatory language, and the importance of factual accuracy in all content edits.
- Experience participating in AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is an asset, though not required.
