Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and business units. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse offerings and resources to create comprehensive, value-driven solutions that align closely with the strategic objectives of the client organization. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions not only meet technical requirements but also support broader business goals, fostering innovation and transformation across the enterprise landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive strategic planning and execution of solution architecture to meet client needs effectively.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and integrated enterprise solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical architectures.
- Familiarity with system integration techniques and tools relevant to enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
