This position includes on-call responsibilities (approximately 20-30% of the time) and may be required to support event response activities outside normal business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Event Response Execution

  • Serve as a central coordination point during events, working directly with business leaders, technology teams, and risk partners
  • Support activation and execution of the Event Response framework and associated response activities
  • Facilitate communication, coordination, and tracking of actions across responding teams
  • Assist in managing event status reporting and escalation updates to leadership

Documentation & Governance

  • Ensure documentation reflects current processes, roles, and regulatory expectations
  • Capture and document key decisions, actions, and outcomes during events
  • Support post-incident review activities, including tracking follow-up actions to completion

Planning & Preparedness

  • Partner with Enterprise Resiliency team members to plan and execute exercises and simulations
  • Support ongoing enhancement of event response frameworks, tools, and processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve response effectiveness, coordination, and documentation
  • Contribute to development of standards, guidance, and training materials

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across business, technology, risk, and communications
  • Support alignment between Enterprise Resiliency and lines of business during both planning and response
  • Facilitate coordination across teams to ensure consistent and effective event response practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with a degree focus in business continuity, crisis response, incident management; or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills
  • 5-7 years business continuity planning or crisis management experience
  • Knowledge of crisis management processes and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications Preferred: Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP)
  • Strong customer service orientation.

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Visa Sponsorship

Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $100,000 - $137,600 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
