Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice and guide the team in building, developing, or designing functionality for a product, as well as guide and ensure the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products and reports. You will support development of the design strategy for new products, articulate solutions to non-technical consumers or partners, act as team lead on the implementation process for new products, identify opportunities for product improvements, lead team members across the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance, and ensure product strategy is aligned with business objectives. As a lead associate, you will partner and coordinate with technology engineering and management teams to support the enterprise model risk governance framework.

What You Will Do

• Provide expert advice and guidance to the team in building, developing, or designing product functionality.
• Coordinate product and/or business owners across divisions or product lines, engineers, and platform teams to define business needs and advise on current capabilities, feature or data availability, and alternative uses
• Guide and ensure the ongoing implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of existing products.
• Support the development of design strategies for new products.
• Act as team lead during the implementation process for new products.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements.
• Lead team members through the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Design data visualizations, technical documentation, and non-technical presentation materials to communicate product features, status, and high-impact solutions to business partners 
• Ensure product strategy is aligned with business objectives. 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence. 

Minimum Required Experiences

• 4 years of related experience

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Experience in translating business requirements into technology implementation

• Experience with application testing (SIT and/or UAT)

• Proficiency in system deployment management software such as JIRA and Git

• Experience with product ownership, product delivery Agile development and SDLC
• Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.

Desired Experiences 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
• Experience working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work towards a common goal 
• Experience in Governance and Compliance including interpretation of policies, evaluating compliance, enforcing standards and controls, etc. 
• Adept at engaging with leadership and key stakeholders to drive consensus and action, including the ability to explain technology solutions and processes in business terms 
• Experience with project management or Scrum master responsibilities

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
