About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist to play a key role in shaping and governing technology solutions across the organization. You will work closely with technology squads, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, resiliency principles, and regulatory expectations. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic technology decisions while driving innovation, governance, and architectural excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Review and provide guidance on solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, resiliency, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver scalable, practical, and maintainable solutions that support business objectives.
• Develop and govern architecture standards, design principles, and reference architectures.
• Support architecture review and governance processes, including solution evaluation, risk assessment, and compliance reviews.
• Advise project teams on non-functional requirements such as security, performance, availability, scalability, and resilience.
• Partner with business and regional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions and roadmaps.
• Maintain architecture documentation and contribute to technology modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or a similar technology leadership role.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance, solution design, and enterprise technology standards.
• Experience reviewing application, integration, cloud, infrastructure, and security architectures.
• Knowledge of technology risk management, regulatory requirements, and IT governance practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to evaluate complex technology solutions.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or equivalent architecture certifications are an advantage.
