Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering activities aimed at delivering effective technical solutions. This role requires addressing complex engineering challenges by integrating scientific principles, socio-economic factors, and practical experience. The work spans various aspects including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with business goals and project requirements is a key part of daily responsibilities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in engineering services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support project traceability.
- Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structures, Aircraft Structural Analysis, Aerospace & Defense (A&D), Aircraft Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Aircraft Structural Analysis, Aerospace & Defense (A&D), Aircraft Design.
- Strong understanding of structural integrity and stress analysis principles.
- Experience with configuration management and qualification procedures in aerospace projects.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical standards and regulatory requirements to address repair scenario of In-service aircrafts
- Familiarity with engineering software tools used for structural modeling and analysis.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Structures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
