Overview

The Project & Programme Services (PPS) team is a critical component of the Global Project & Programme Management Office (GPMO). The team delivers predictable and efficient project performance management, reporting, and business intelligence across global portfolios. Operating from the Global Technology Centre (GTC) in India, PPS provides cost‑efficient, agile, and scalable programme services using an onshore–offshore delivery model. Our ambition is to become the global leader in Programme Management Services by building a future-ready, digitally enabled, high-performing team. 

Your Role

·        Develop, implement, and maintain project controls systems, procedures, and standards to ensure effective cost management.

·        Coordinate the implementation of the EcoSys cost control tool, including user training and ongoing support.

·        Track, analyze, and report project expenditures against budgets and forecasts, including preparation of monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and dashboards.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project budgets, actual costs, forecasts, accruals, and cash flow projections.

·        Collaborate with project managers, discipline leads, and procurement teams to update forecasts, evaluate change orders, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

·        Support contract management and invoicing processes by reviewing invoices, monitoring accruals, and providing cost-related insights.

·        Participate in project meetings to provide project controls updates and ensure compliance with internal project controls standards.

About You

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or other related field.

·        3-5 years of experience in cost control, preferably in major EPCM projects.

·        Strong understanding of project controls, cost allocation, and financial risk management.

·        Preferable Proficiency in project controls software in Ecosys.

·        Knowledge of Excel, Primavera P6, Power BI.

·        Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

·        We are looking for candidates who are flexible to work in different time zone like UK/Canada/USA based on the project requirements 

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

·        Professional fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken)
