About the Role

We’re hiring an Engagement Specialist to support AllCare.ai’s growth by conducting outbound outreach to assisted living facilities throughout California.

In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling prospective assisted living facilities, introducing AllCare.ai and our services, and generating interest in meeting with our U.S.-based sales team. Your primary goal is to schedule qualified appointments for our U.S. sales representatives, who will then meet with facilities in person to further develop and close the opportunity.

This is an outbound, phone-based sales role that requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to follow established sales scripts and outreach processes.

What You’ll Do

●      Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to assisted living facilities throughout California

●      Introduce AllCare.ai and clearly explain the company, our services, and the purpose of the call using established scripts

●      Engage facility decision-makers and generate interest in AllCare.ai’s healthcare services

●      Identify and connect with the appropriate decision-makers within prospective facilities

●      Schedule qualified appointments for the U.S. sales team to meet with facilities in person

●      Follow established outreach scripts, sales processes, and follow-up workflows

●      Handle basic questions and objections professionally while keeping conversations focused on securing an appointment

●      Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, outcomes, and scheduled appointments

●      Consistently work toward established outreach, appointment-setting, and performance KPIs

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

●      1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred

●      Strong English verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence

●      Confident and comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new prospects throughout the day

●      Ability to clearly communicate company services using established scripts and talking points

●      Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professionalism with prospective customers

●      Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable performance targets

●      Organized, reliable, and able to follow structured processes independently

●      Previous healthcare, senior living, or healthcare sales experience is a plus but not required.

Benefits

Compensation & Schedule

●      Base Compensation: $600 USD per month

●      Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to an additional pay based on the established bonus structure and achievement of role-specific KPIs

●      Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

●      Location: Remote (Egypt-based candidates only)
