The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Accountable for leading the delivery, engineering, and support of the EUC Systems Management portfolio within a diverse Agile Scrum team, including Intune, MECM, Windows, and macOS, with responsibility for endpoint security, compliance, patching, application lifecycle management, device provisioning, vulnerability management, automation, reporting, and user experience optimization.

Managed Service Partner Governance

• Lead engagement with Managed Service Partners (MSPs) to drive seamless operations, service excellence, and the successful delivery of technical initiatives, ensuring commitments, priorities, and business objectives are achieved.
   

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead, prioritize, and govern delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support the Global team with Lifecycle upgrades of the Operating System and Systems Management tools.
• Lead the validation, testing, deployment, and operational readiness of new software deployments and configuration changes.
• Lead MSP and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all devices comply with Security and Device Configuration Standards.
• Lead OS and third-party application patching, ensuring remediation activities are completed within defined SLAs while maintaining high compliance and operational stability.
• Own Endpoint Vulnerability Management activities, driving identification, prioritization, tracking, remediation, and reporting of endpoint security vulnerabilities in collaboration with Security Operations, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
• Manage and evolve Endpoint Image Management, including standardized Windows image creation, maintenance, application provisioning, and deployment modernization through Intune, Autopilot, and MECM.

End User Experience & Automation

• Lead strategic initiatives to identify and eliminate recurring operational issues, reducing manual overhead to improving service quality, reduce IT process friction and improve client satisfaction leveraging expert knowledge of Microsoft endpoint management technologies and automation platforms.

Stakeholder Communication & Leadership Reporting

• Provide clear, concise, and timely updates with insightful reporting, compliance metrics, and actionable recommendations on operational performance, project progress, risks, issues, and key metrics to Leadership team and stakeholders.

Continuous Learning & Technology Innovation

• Evaluate, implement, and promote emerging technologies, modern management capabilities, and best practices that improve endpoint management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the advancement of endpoint management capabilities across the organization.

 Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR High School diploma/GED or higher.
• 9+ years of IT experience in lieu of the education requirement, including 6+ years of hands-on experience leading the administration and engineering of both Microsoft Intune and MECM in enterprise environments, and 2+ years of experience managing Managed Service Partners (MSPs), with deep expertise in device configuration management, modern device provisioning and deployment strategies, compliance and security policy implementation, Conditional Access integration, Windows Update for Business (WUfB), software deployment, vulnerability management, patching, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of evaluating, recommending, and adoption of emerging technologies, modern management capabilities, and automation solutions across the EUC ecosystem to enhance user experience, drive innovation, strengthen security, and improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership reporting, project and delivery management skills, with experience working in Agile environments and successfully managing multiple concurrent workstreams, priorities, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional initiatives

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Deep technical knowledge of pcs, desktop hardware, current protocols, operating systems, and standards
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on project management experience with a focus on delivering complex projects in an organized and efficient manner
• Software and Hardware Troubleshooting Experience in provisioning, imaging and deploying devices and device management
• Scrum Master Certification
