Ready to shape supply decisions across a global network? As an End to End Planning Manager, you will drive network supply, optimize inventory, and ensure demand completeness, accuracy, and stability across both tactical and strategic planning horizons. You will play a central role in planning and strategic decision-making for assigned molecule brands, ensuring the right balance of demand, supply, capacity, and inventory across the network. Working across Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Product planning, you will help ensure reliable product availability while influencing key supply chain decisions that support business performance and patient supply.

 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning for assigned molecule brands across the global manufacturing network.
• Ensure reliable product supply by balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and supply risks.
• Develop and maintain supply plans that support both short-term operational needs and long-term business objectives.
• Translate market demand into manufacturing requirements and align plans across production sites.
• Lead planning decisions for Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Product supply across the network.
• Partner with site planners and supply chain teams to optimize inventory and improve service levels.
• Monitor supply performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely mitigation actions.
• Evaluate supply and capacity scenarios and recommend actions to support product availability and network efficiency.
• Support product launches, transfers, and other lifecycle events through effective planning and inventory strategies.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning processes, lead times, and overall network performance.

 

Essential Requirements

• BS/BA in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience. Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• 5-10 years of supply planning experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a similar regulated industry.
• Proven experience managing supply plans across complex global manufacturing and distribution networks.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for supply chain planning and operational decision-making.
• Experience using Kinaxis RapidResponse for supply planning and scenario management.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive decisions in complex, fast-paced environments.

 

Desirable Requirements

• German language skills.

• Proven experience in application of AI solutions into planning processes and activities.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 195.700,00 - 363.400,00 PLN

 

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

 

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
