As an Enabling Apps - Kinaxis - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming supply chain operations within our Management Consulting network. You will leverage your skills in operations consulting to drive innovative solutions and enhance client support. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client service within our Operations practice. Your efforts will contribute to the development of connected supply chain solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading supply chain transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Managing client engagements and developing strategic supply chain solutions
- Utilizing supply chain management software to optimize distribution channels and inventory levels
- Overseeing budgetary management and cost accounting to support financial objectives
- Guiding teams in process improvement and operational excellence strategies
- Implementing logistics management practices to streamline manufacturing operations
- Analyzing market trends to inform supply chain strategy and decision-making
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development
- Building and maintaining client relationships to support supply chain consulting efforts
- Developing and executing strategic sourcing and procurement plans to drive value

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
