• Arrange and coordinate all parties involved in the People Review process.

• Compile the evidence and provide the scoring to be reported.

• Administer and produce reports related to the People Review process.

• Process and provide BPJS Kesehatan card for all employees.

• Process all register related to BPJS Kesehatan.

• Administer and produce reports related to BPJS Kesehatan process.

• Arrange flower boards requisition and provide reports.

• Administers employees’ car ownership program administration, coordinates with bank, e.g., BCA Finance and provide Monthly Report (including to Finance)

• Arrange and coordinate all parties involved in employee benefits & services events (such as: Health Day, Seasonal daycare, Talk series, Nutrition Program etc.).

• Administer and produce reports related to events.

• Provide monthly report and other reports as needed.

• Maintain relationships with external parties related to Employee Services (such as: employee benefits and services events, Medical Insurance, BPJS Kesehatan, flower board, COP etc.).

• Management Support Activities:

o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.

o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibility (especially re

lated to time concern, effort and cost).

o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.

o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

o Provided internal request data such as Borang, akreditasi etc.

Education Requirement: · Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major

Work Exposure/ Experience: · Minimum 2 years working experience

Special Skills/ Certification: · Have knowledge in Labor Laws, BPJS Kesehatan
