Employee Experience & Onboarding Specialist-Belgrade

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Overview:
The Employee Experience & Onboarding Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the delivery of a consistent, engaging, and scalable employee experience across NCR Voyix. The role coordinates local site engagement and onboarding activities in Belgrade and supports global talent management processes, helping employees connect with our culture, resources, development opportunities, and ways of working.

Working closely with HR, business leaders, hiring managers, site stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, this individual will coordinate onboarding programs, employee and site engagement activities, and talent process support. The role will maintain resources and communications, coordinate events and process activities, and help ensure a high-quality employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Global & Local Onboarding Support:

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across multiple regions and functions, including scheduling sessions, managing communications, and delivering sessions.
• Partner with HR teams, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain onboarding calendars, SharePoint sites, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in the creation, updating, and distribution of onboarding materials.
• Gather feedback from participants and help identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience.

Employee & Site Engagement Support:

• Coordinate employee and site engagement activities for the Belgrade office, partnering with local leaders and stakeholders to support connection, collaboration, and culture.
• Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person employee events, site activities, recognition moments, and other engagement programs.
• Manage event logistics, calendars, invitations, communications, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback and supporting data to identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, onboarding, and site experience.

Talent Management Process Support:

• Support the coordination and administration of talent management processes, including employee development and performance management activities.
• Assist with preparing materials, responding to routine questions, and coordinating follow-up actions with HR and business stakeholders.
• Support reporting and continuous improvement efforts related to talent programs and employee development initiatives.

Program Coordination & Administration:

• Coordinate multiple projects while tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items.
• Schedule meetings, organize materials, and support stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and program data.
• Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner effectively with colleagues across different countries, functions, and time zones.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in HR, employee experience, talent management, learning, onboarding, administration, customer service, or related areas.
• Internship, university project, or early career experience supporting HR or people-related programs is a plus.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and other collaboration tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping employees succeed.
