Your Role at Cabot

Do you want to have the power to make our international goods travel smoothly and on timely manner? Join our dynamic team as Transportation Specialist, where your expertise will drive the synergy between our internal departments and trusted carriers.

You will be in charge of delivery solutions for our products: booking trucks, managing carrier operations, collaboration with stakeholders and handling escalations, which is critical for our customer satisfaction.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Book trucks for loadings at our plants and warehouses as per predefined agreement with carriers.

• Manage smooth and timely execution of deliveries.

• Find right solution when the unexpected occurs.

• Keep our teams informed of any deviation from original plan.

• Ensure the respect of agreed price and conditions and the overall quality of our service by transportation providers.

What You Will Bring to Cabot

• Eagerness to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

• Comfortable working with multiple tasks at the same time while organizing priorities and coordinating activities smoothly.

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

• Previous experience in transportation or logistic environment is an advantage.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Fluent English.

Additional Details:

• Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30.

• Temporary 1.5 year contract with possibility of extension.

• Monthly allowance & Yearly bonus.

• Health insurance from first day of work.

• Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home).

• Salary: 1350 -1800 EUR Gross. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate’s previous experience and qualifications.​
