Wij hebben een uitdagende vacature voor een Elektrisch & Instrumentatie (E&I) Onderhoudsmonteur voor onze locatie in Terneuzen, Nederland.

In deze rol ondersteun je de LDPE en de Dowlex met het onderhouden van de installaties. Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud en reparaties uit aan een breed scala aan apparatuur binnen de vastgestelde technische expertise. Je past verbrede technische kennis toe, waaronder analytische en operationele processen, om een afgebakend werkpakket uit te voeren. Je werkt samen met planners, werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders.

Als E/I Onderhoudsmonteur werk je zelfstandig - of met beperkte supervisie - en fungeer je daarnaast als informele technische vraagbaak voor minder ervaren teamleden.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Stelt diagnoses en verhelpt storingen aan apparatuur.
• Kalibreert en lijnt apparatuur uit.
• Voert preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit.
• Controleert de juiste dimensionering van componenten en onderdelen.
• Specificeert, bestelt en installeert onderdelen en apparatuur.
• Coördineert onderhoudsreserveonderdelen (spare parts).
• Ondersteunt bij het plannen, prioriteren en inroosteren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden in samenwerking met de planner, werkcoördinator en Operations.
• Stelt alle typen regelingen en instrumenten af, kalibreert, test, meet en repareert deze, inclusief pneumatische, elektrische en elektronische systemen.
• Repareert, onderhoudt en installeert apparatuur en machines die in het proces worden gebruikt.
• Spoort storingen op, verhelpt defecten en documenteert storings- en faalanalyses.
• Verzamelt operationele en historische gegevens van apparatuur ter ondersteuning van betrouwbaarheidsverbeteringen.
• Werkt volgens vastgestelde Maintenance Work Processes en draagt bij aan het oplossen van knelpunten die voortkomen uit planning en scheduling.

Kwalificaties

• Minimaal een MBO-4 diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Electrotechniek/ Electronica of Instrumentatie OF je hebt een MBO-3 diploma in een technische richting plus minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
• Je hebt relevante werkervaring
• Kennis en ervaring met PLC is een pre
• Vloeiend in het Nederlands en kennis van de Engelse taal

Vaardigheden

• Probleemoplossend vermogen - Vaardigheid om de oorzaak van problemen te onderzoeken en effectieve oplossingen te vinden.
• Zelfstandigheid - Vermogen om storingen zelfstandig te ontdekken en te repareren.
• Onderhoudsvaardigheden - Ervaring met preventief en correctief onderhoud aan elektrische systemen.
• Mechanische vaardigheden - Basisvaardigheden in mechanisch werk om in de fabriek te kunnen helpen.
• Communicatie vaardigheden - goede communicatie binnen de plant om op een duidelijke manier terug te koppelen hoe de problemen zijn verholpen
