  • Serve as a facilitator and coach for improvement teams focused on effective problem-solving

Build EHS Awareness & Engagement

  • Support efforts that reduce environmental incidents and strengthen environmental compliance

What We're Looking For

  • Good mechanical aptitude and an understanding of industrial equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues

What Will Help You Succeed

We're looking for someone who can combine technical EHS knowledge with a hands-on, collaborative approach. You'll be most successful in this role if you enjoy working directly with employees and Operations, can identify risks before they become problems, and are comfortable influencing others to strengthen safety and environmental performance.

Why Join Us?
