SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$73,800 based on up to 10 years of aligned experience. We also offer a relocation stipend for anyone joining us from 75 miles or more from Denver!

DSST Public Schools (DSST) seeks an Educational Technology Coordinator to join one of the leading charter school organizations in the nation. We serve 6-12th grade students across Denver and Aurora. Overview of Position:
The Education Technology Coordinator will be a key advocate in leveraging technology as a tool to improve student outcomes. This role touches every element of the education technology landscape, from ensuring an excellent technology experience at the classroom level, to impacting the roadmap of internal software tools. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to gain on the ground experience with a wide variety of education technology products from a district-based perspective.
Essential Functions:
30% - Enhance and support DSST’s ecosystem of education technology tools
- Seek out and take advantage of opportunities to leverage technology as a student support in classrooms
- Collect feedback from school based staff about their technology needs and ensure that their voices are heard in key network technology decisions
- Work with external market vendors to improve the implementation of their tools and impact the roadmap of those tools based on the needs of our schools
- Assist staff to quickly resolve problems they encounter in their use of core tools
- Oversee annual and ongoing selection, procurement and purchasing process of digital learning tools for each DSST school
30% - Manage the student information pipeline, ensuring that critical data within DSST’s student information system (including scheduling, grades, and transcripts) is collected in an efficient and effective way.
- Uphold and iterate upon procedures for ensuring accurate input, distribution, and storage of student data in the School Information System(SIS), Infinite Campus
- Partner with schools to ensure that student data—including schedules, grades, and transcripts—meets our high bar of excellence for data integrity and efficient systematization
- Explore data to identify trends and flags that schools can leverage to be more proactive in their approach to utilizing student data
30% - Ensure that our teachers are trained and empowered to leverage existing education technology
- Collaborate with teachers to help address instructional needs through innovative uses of new and existing education technology tools
- Support a team of School Technology Leads from each DSST school to ensure teachers have the tools and support they need
- Create instructional and training resources to help teachers more effectively and innovatively leverage instructional technology in their classrooms
- Develop, maintain, and improve the delivery of digital training and professional development materials for teachers
10% - Be a technology “utility player” within the organization
- Use your analytic and quick-adoption skills to add value to technology processes not directly related to classroom instruction
- Test and provide feedback on new software tools
Required Qualifications:

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in education (classroom experience preferred)
- Experience with common Education Technology applications (e.g. Infinite Campus, Google Classroom, IXL, NewsELA, etc.)
- Experience implementing classroom-based structures to improve student outcomes through creative use of technology
- Working knowledge of common data tools (e.g. Excel)
- Bachelor's Degree required from accredited university
