Job Summary:

Assists the Marketing Manager in overseeing the daily operations and productivity of the Promoters for the Eddie Bauer Adventure Club.

How You’ll Shine: 

• Supervise team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow and APG through training, motivation, contests and strategic scheduling.
• Field Leader - motivate, train, oversee promoters and deliver
  supplies. 
• Help resolve guest issues, complaints.
• Assist Manager with reports and site updates.
• Resort tour reception and sales/marketing liaison.
• Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring promoters
• Assist Manager with training - new hire and ongoing.
• Attendance record keeping.
• Comply with Human Resource and company policies.

What You’ll Bring:

• High School diploma required.
• Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Detail oriented while maintaining multi-task abilities in a busy environment; professional and organized; able to exhibit problem solving ability.
• Ability to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reports
• Provide exceptional customer service (i.e. must be able to communicate in a positive and effective manner when dealing with upset owners)
• Ability to negotiate effectively
• Working knowledge of marketing databases
• Ability to lead by example
• Must have Timeshare/ Vacation Ownership Experience.
