The Future Platforms Team - Executing on EliseAI's Future Products

The Future Platforms team is responsible for executing on the next generation of AI products and business lines. This team will blend go-to-market, product, operations, and strategy with a mandate to push the frontier of AI and own everything required to take them from idea to market leadership.

Our goal is to take Elise from agentic AI to truly end-to-end autonomous operations, fundamentally transforming how housing operators run their businesses and how residents experience their homes.

Future Platforms will operate as a startup within a startup, run like a Seed or Series A company but with the capital, resources, and market access of a well-funded Series E, deep C-suite involvement (CEO, CRO, CSO, CTO) and founder-level ownership from day one.

About The Role

As the Ecosystem Strategist on the Future Platforms team, you'll help clients make sense of their technology and vendor landscape, and design the future state of each client's ecosystem integrations in order to unlock the most of the EliseAI platform’s automation potential. You will then drive that vision to a live, working implementation. This is a cross-functional, high-autonomy role that centers on strategic execution, with real influence over how we build and scale this motion.

You'll work hand-in-hand with Engagement Managers in the Future Platforms team, who own the overall client relationship, and the Partnerships team, who build relationships with the ecosystem of technology partners you'll draw on. Because this function is early and scaling quickly, you won't just run these engagements - you'll systematize how we do them, building the repeatable playbooks, processes, and vendor knowledge base that let us do this well at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own vendor and technology advisory end-to-end: serve as the primary advisor to clients navigating their technology stack, from initial assessment through implementation and go-live

• Lead discovery and decisioning: translate a client's existing vendor landscape into clear future state recommendations

• Drive partner enablement: facilitate client-to-vendor dialogues, coordinate with technology partners and internal stakeholders to scope and drive new integrations, and manage vendor implementations in support of client launches

• Contribute to the playbook: feed lessons from client engagements into the processes, templates, and automation that improve speed and quality as we scale

Requirements

We're looking for driven, founder-minded professionals who take pride in getting clients set up for long-term success. You likely have:

• 2-4 years of experience in implementation, technical onboarding, or program management - for example, delivery roles at enterprise or vertical SaaS companies, technology consulting, or systems integration

• A demonstrated track record for managing complex client workflows, such as new system implementations or similar projects

• Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by a STEM background or equivalent experience scoping technical integrations

• Proven ability to independently manage multiple client engagements end-to-end in a client-facing setting

• Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships and influence across internal and external stakeholders

• Willingness to work in person at our NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 USD. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
